Semanis Goela
The original idea was to create something unique yet still representative of me. I chose to use my mother tongue as the language of the logo and build a whimsical world that reflects my creativity. The concept takes real-world objects—in this case, makeup products—and reimagines them within a cute, fictional universe. By combining familiar elements with imaginative twists, the project creates an experience that highlights the fun, carefree side of beauty and creativity.
“Semanis Goela,” meaning “as sweet as sugar” in my mother tongue, is a concept I wanted to bring to life visually. I envisioned a playful, candy-like world filled with fun and cute elements, as if it exists in a whimsical candy land. The animation features elements that bounce, pop out, and twirl, building up to the final logo reveal. While the makeup products are designed to appear slightly realistic, the surrounding environment is intentionally stylized—cute, fictional, and full of imagination—to create a contrast that enhances the charm of the scene.
Story Board
It starts with cotton candy clouds drifting across a pastel sky. As the clouds slowly disperse, a vibrant candy land is revealed beneath. Makeup products begin to appear one by one—some bouncing into frame, some spinning playfully, and others floating gently up into the clouds. After each product is showcased individually, the camera gradually moves upward along a rainbow path. At the top, a gummy bear sits comfortably on the rainbow with the logo displayed on its stomach. The sequence concludes as the final logo pops up, bringing the whimsical world to a close.

8Bit Cyber City
Inspired by 8-bit games, I chose to explore pixel art for this project. I first created the pixel assets in Adobe Illustrator, then brought them into After Effects for animation. To add depth to the scene, I set each layer as a 3D object, allowing some elements to appear closer to the camera while others sit further in the background, creating a more dimensional and immersive composition.
